She Built A Classroom For Non White Students, And They Just Told Her She Can…

Outrage has swept across Utah as a teacher, whose identity remains concealed for her protection, sparked fury by boasting on social media about her classroom being “built for non-white students.” With thousands of shares and backlash from conservatives fighting the progressive agenda, her statements have created a firestorm. Despite the uproar, the school district has allowed her to keep her job, claiming her classroom decorations did not violate any policies or laws.

Parents in the school district are infuriated by the district’s decision to let this left-leaning teacher continue her agenda of making non-white students feel welcome at the expense of white students. However, the teacher was suspended from work after a video of her discussing her new job at William Penn Elementary School in Mill Creek, Utah, surfaced in August.

She stated, “For the first time in my life, I am teaching at a majority white school, and I’m kind of interested to see how students and parents react to my classroom or if they even notice anything about it because it’s built for non-white students.” She went on to say, “If you look around and you interact with some of the materials I have, you’ll notice there are no white kids represented.”

Upon the video’s circulation, the school principal, Dr. Nichole Higgins, expressed concern, pointing out the discord between the teacher’s actions and the fair treatment that all children deserve. Dr. Higgins said, “It is inappropriate for any employee to make students feel unwelcome in any way, shape, or form.”

Outraged Utah parents shared their disapproval on social media, with one parent, Brock Fetter, stating in the Granite School District Parents Facebook group: “When woke, white people become the racist. She shouldn’t be allowed within 500 [yards] of any school, let alone teach at one. Wow. Sick of these idiots.”

Despite conducting an investigation, the school found no evidence of “instances of discrimination of any kind within the employee’s classroom or students.” Nonetheless, the teacher was placed on administrative leave on September 18, with the district continuing its investigation.

This case is not an isolated incident, as teachers nationwide increasingly face scrutiny for their controversial social media posts. In June, a Los Angeles teacher was placed on leave after making what some viewed as anti-police comments on Twitter. Similarly, in August, a Texas teacher was fired for tweeting that she would refuse to teach “future illegal immigrants.”

These instances demonstrate the infiltration of radical leftist ideologies into our education system, perpetuating racial division and undermining the values of unity and equality that America stands for.
