Trump Gives Israel 1 Direct Order

Donald Trump was one of the strongest, pro-Israel presidents in our history. He defied critics and anti-Israel forces to move the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem. Among Israeli citizens and leaders, Trump is widely loved.

So, you can expect he is behind Israel’s efforts to defeat Hamas in the aftermath of the October 7th attack.

But world leaders and organizations seem to be on the Palestinians’ side. President Biden is turning a cold shoulder to Israel, perhaps to win back progressives’ votes. Now, Trump is issuing a serious warning to Israel. But will they listen?

From Fox News:
Former President Donald Trump is urging Israeli authorities to “finish up” their offensive into the Gaza region, saying that the world is turning against their campaign…

“You have to finish up your war. You have to finish it up. You’ve got to get it done,” he told the newspaper.

He continued, “We’ve got to get to peace. You can’t have this going on, and I will say Israel has to be very careful because you are losing a lot of the world. You are losing a lot of support.”

In what will come as a shock to many Americans, Trump told Israel to “wrap up” its war with Hamas soon. He urged the nation to “get to peace” because “a lot of the world” is turning on the Jewish nation.

It seems Trump is not saying this because he is turning on Israel. Instead, he seems worried that the only Jewish state in the world could become Enemy Number One among countries it needs as allies.

Trump is no friend to anti-Israel progressives, who accuse Israel of “genocide.” But he might be providing advice for the nation that can help them avoid greater problems down the road.

The former president has long been a strong advocate for peace. He helped secure economic agreements between Israel and former enemies. He even tried to secure peaceful relations with North Korea. It’s no surprise that he wants the fighting in Gaza to end—which, of course, will deprive the military-industrial complex of more money.

Trump has never been a friend of the MIC, which is why so many politicians hate him. When so many Democrats and Republicans call for invasions and bombings (to enrich defense contractors) Trump goes against the flow to call for peace.

Key Takeaways:

  • Donald Trump urged Israel to “wrap up” its war with Hamas soon.
  • He warned that Israel could lose “a lot” of support from around the world.
  • Trump has long been a big supporter of Israel and facilitated peace in the Middle East.
