Major D.C. Arrest Has Rocked Washington To Its Core…
Most Americans believe that the folks that make up D.C. are criminals. That’s why they call Washington the “swamp,” because nothing but slimy, dishonest creatures live there. Many people have promised to clean up the swamp, but they rarely do.
And even rarer is when one of these swamp creatures gets what’s coming to them.
One particular swamp dweller shocked the country on the news that he lied to voters. He won a seat in the House in 2022, but soon after, upset even his own supporters. Many were wondering what was going to be done about this creep. But now, even his own party is celebrating his comeuppance.

The federal indictment against Rep. George Santos, R-N.Y., was unsealed Wednesday ahead of his first court appearance on federal charges.
A 13-count indictment was made public Wednesday in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York charging the congressman with seven counts of wire fraud, three counts of money laundering, one count of theft of public funds, and two counts of making materially false statements to the House of Representatives.
Yikes. Americans were already disgusted by George Santos after it came out how he lied to voters in 2022. The Republican lied about his work history, his education, and that he was a descendant of a Holocaust survivor.
The man even has fraud charges in his native home of Brazil.
Many people wanted Santos to resign, but he refused to cop to the accusations against him. Now, he is facing some serious charges including wire fraud and making false statements to the House of Representatives.
Huh… if only all the other lying Congress members were indicted. We’d actually get our country back. Although, there might not be anyone left to run the government!
Regularly, we hear about members of Congress wrongly using campaign funds, lying to Congress, and facing serious ethics violations. Yet only now are we seeing one of them face the music. Yes, we support law enforcement trying someone. And everyone is innocent until proven guilty.
But why is it that a Republican is facing charges, but not all the many Democrats often accused of the same thing? Because the Republican party is actually behind charging Santos. Meanwhile, Democrats go out of their way to protect their own crooks–which is most of them.
